Dengue Fever is a mosquito-borne tropical disease with symptoms that include headache, joint pains…and, uh, fever. What you WON’T find on WebMD is that Dengue Fever is also a gnarly rock band from LA that surfs on the back of traditional Cambodian pop. Symptoms include: psychedelic trances and a general loosening of the dance limbs. They’re joined tonight at Le Poisson Rouge by another globetrotting, female-fronted group called Bombay Rickey.
