EVENT: Israeli Jazz Fest, Monday and Tuesday at Cornelia Street Cafe

It may or may not be surprising that the New York jazz scene has had a shot in the arm in recent years from a burgeoning group of Israeli musicians. So tonight and tomorrow night, Cornelia Street Café is presenting some of these leading lights, including a piano prodigy who started playing on the circuit at 13, and guitarist-about-town Gilad Hekselman.
