Gig Alert: Jazz Passengers at Roulette, 3/28
Tickets: $20-25. Show at 8PM

Sax player Roy Nathanson and trombonist Curtis Fowlkes have led the Jazz Passengers in New York since 1987, and the band, like the legendary Jazz Messengers founded by Art Blakey three decades earlier, has seen a lot of talented people pass through.  Deborah Harry and Elvis Costello have sung with the Passengers, but sometimes, they like to sing by themselves. As they do on the new Jazz Passengers album, "Still Life With Trouble." Brooklyn’s merry band plays a show tomorrow night at Roulette.
