EVENT: Jose Feliciano with the Les Paul Trio 

This year marks the 100^th anniversary of the birth of one of rock and roll’s true pioneers: the guitarist and inventor Les Paul. His name is on the head stock of some of music’s most famous guitars, and he created multi-track recording, which practically made modern pop possible. He died in 2009, but you can hear a bit of Les Paul on virtually any recording today. Here’s the Les Paul Trio with “Moonglow” from the 1940s:
