From the Sensuous to the Surreal, the Comedy of Life

Award-winning Norwegian essayist, poet and fiction writer Gunhild Øyehaug discusses her new collection of short stories, Knots. Her stories weave together a mix of sensuous, surreal and comical tales -- including one about a young man is born with an uncuttable umbilical cord who spends his life physically tethered to his mother, and another about a young girl whose bicycle breaks down during her attempt to run away from home.
