London-based The Hermes Experiment is an unusual chamber music group of soprano, harp, clarinet, and double bass. Now, there’s not a lot of music written for that specific combination, so The Hermes Experiment does a lot of arranging of other works – including this piece by British composer and electronic musician Anna Meredith and work by Meredith Monk. This version of Anna Meredith's “Fin Like A Flower” is part of a livestreamed concert by The Hermes Experiment in HD from London’s Wigmore Hall on Wed. afternoon, Jan. 13.
