Jerry Nadler Talks Investigations, Impeachment Rules

The House Judiciary Committee voted last week along party lines to approve a resolution that lays out some ground rules for moving forward on possible impeachment proceedings against President Trump. The rules are preliminary, and largely procedural ⁠— it allows some hearings to be designated, "impeachment hearings," allows committee staff to question witnesses, and describes how the President's lawyers may respond to public testimony.
