John Leguizamo On Returning To Broadway

The Leonard Lopate Show | Oct 24, 2017

Actor and comedian John Leguizamo has returned to Broadway with his new show “Latin History for Morons” at Studio 54. The 90-minute solo play explores how Latinos have been marginalized and ignored throughout U.S. history, despite the vital role they've played in the country's story. Leguizamo takes audiences to the time of the Aztecs and Incas as well as the Revolutionary and Civil wars to discuss how Latinos helped shape those eras.

"Latin History for Morons" runs through Feb. 4 at Studio 54 (254 W 54th St., between 8th Ave. and Broadway).
