“Misery Loves Comedy,” directed by Kevin Pollak, features in-depth interviews with revered comedians who share their life stories and unique ability to make strangers laugh. Jimmy Fallon, Tom Hanks, Amy Schumer, Jim Gaffigan, Judd Apatow, Lisa Kudrow, Larry David, and Jon Favreau are among over 60 famous funny people featured in this twist on the age-old truth: misery loves company. The film opens April 24 at IFC Center.
