A Leaked Document Shows SCOTUS Likely to Overrule Roe

Politico published a leaked document that appears to be written by Supreme Court Justice Alito, and shows the court will vote to overturn Roe v. Wade. Mary Ziegler, professor at Florida State University College of Law, currently a visiting professor of constitutional law at Harvard and the author of Abortion and the Law in America: A Legal History, Roe v. Wade to the Present (Cambridge University Press, 2020), talks about what this means and what comes next for abortion rights in America.
