Listening Party: Slavo Rican Assembly's Debut Album Intercosmic

A new seven-piece band, Slavo Rican Assembly, blends Latin jazz with traditional South Slavic musical influences. The band recently released their debut album, Intercosmic, which features bomba, salsa, rumba, Slovenian harvest songs, Bosnian lullabies and Serbian laments. Slovenian saxophonist/composer Jan Kus and Puerto Rican bass player Dan Martinez join us for a Listening Party.
