The longest-serving lawmaker in New Jersey history steps down

New Jersey Assemblyman, State Senate President and Governor: Democrat Richard Codey has worn many hats during his 50-year career in public service. And this week, the longest-serving state lawmaker in New Jersey history steps down after a half-century in the Statehouse.

He spoke with WNYC's Sean Carlson on his last full day as a state legislator.
