Macy Gray with California Jet Club via Mandolin (Live Stream)
Sun., June 13. 8PM EDT. $20+up

Macy Gray has a new single out. The best-selling R&B singer says “Thinking Of You” isn’t specifically a pandemic song, but she admits that lines like “so much to do, so much to care about” was a result of just watching the nightly news. But the song isn’t about all that – it’s essentially about forgetting all of that and just … to put it politely, spending quality time with someone you love. Macy Gray plays a livestreamed concert via Mandolin on Sunday, June 13; surely she’ll play her all-conquering single “I Try,” right?
