New York County Clerk Archibald R. Watson speaks in the final installment of a series of addresses on the importance of the jury system. Includes specific requirements for people serving on juries, instances when service is obligatory.

The program concludes with a short address by Morris S. Novik, director of the Municipal Broadcasting System (WNYC) read by announcer Tony Marvin. It is followed by a recap of the series and its guest speakers.
