In the wake of the Harvey Weinstein scandal, the nation has learned that yet another man has used his position of power to intimidate and exploit women. In response, social media platforms have been lit up with the hashtag #MeToo, as people step forward to acknowledge their experience with harassment and assault.

But Weinstein’s story isn’t the first, and it won't be the last. From Roger Ailes and Bill O'Reilly, to Bill Clinton and Donald Trump, is the country finally finding a new way to reckon with a festering problem?

Bonnie Bertram, a producer for the Retro Report documentary team, looks back at the history of sexual harassment in the workplace, and how it has been handled by the public.

This segment is hosted by Todd Zwillich.
