Then national correspondent for The Atlantic and co-author of Our Towns: A 100,000-Mile Journey Into the Heart of America, James Fallows joins Jonathan in a hopeful conversation about the state of our nation.

Finally, Anne Helen joins the host of WNYC’s The Brian Lehrer Show, Brian Lehrer in a panel with Jonathan to talk more about national and local issues.
