Summer Concerts on the Hudson continue tonight in New Jersey’s Lincoln Harbor Park. The series, which just began last week, features Nella. Nella Rojas was born on the Venezuelan island of Isla Margarita. But she moved to the States to study music, and fell in with Latin Grammy-winning Spanish producer and songwriter Javier Limón, who introduced her to the sounds of Spanish flamenco and Portuguese fado music. They collaborated on this song, "Me Llaman Nella" – they call me Nella. She plays live in a free concert Wed. night, Aug. 19, in Weehawken’s Lincoln Harbor Park. Masks and social distancing required; bring your own blankets and chairs.
