New Development at NYCHA Sites

NYCHA announced two locations where developers will build new housing -- at Wyckoff Gardens in Brooklyn and the Holmes Towers on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Shola Olatoye, NYCHA's chair and chief executive officer, talks about the plan, which calls for half affordable and half market-rate apartments.
