A New Look at "The Undeserving Poor"

Katz, history professor and research associate in the Population Studies Center at the University of Pennsylvania and the author of The Undeserving Poor: America's Enduring Confrontation with Poverty: Fully Updated and Revised (Oxford University Press, USA, 2013), revisits his 1989 work to again explore the structural causes of poverty and what solutions would address them.
