New York is slated to lose one Congressional seat in 2023 following the most recent Census but some experts say it could have been worse.

Jeffrey Wice is an adjunct professor and senior fellow at New York Law School's Census and Redistricting Institute. He spoke with WNYC's Michael Hill.
