New Yorkers Still Unsure What Ranked-Choice Voting is Two Months Ahead of Primary

It’s widely expected that whoever wins the Democratic primary in June will be New York City’s next mayor. And for the first time ever, voters will choose a winner using a system known as ranked choice voting. WNYC’s Gwynne Hogan reports many voters don’t know what that even means.
