NJ addiction recovery expert eyes the potential of over the counter Narcan

WNYC News | Apr 10, 2023

Local addiction recovery experts are watching closely as the overdose-reversing drug Narcan becomes more widely available for sale over the counter by late summer.

Howard Haughton — CEO of the social services organization Eva's Village in Paterson, New Jersey — joined WNYC's Michael Hill to talk about Narcan's life-saving abilities and the future of its use in New Jersey.
