NJ Governor's Race: John Wisniewski

The Brian Lehrer Show | May 8, 2017

John Wisniewski, New Jersey State Assemblyman (D-19) Middlesex County, makes his case to be the next governor of New Jersey, ahead of the June 6 primary.

"What New Jersey needs a governor who has experience but is not beholden to the institutional politics that has created so many problems that we have today," said Wisniewski, but warns "this is not Bernie Sanders' campaign."

Wisniewski discusses his proposed policies, including a single-payer healthcare system for New Jersey, tuition-free college and large-scale investment in infrastructure and takes questions from listeners.
