NJ Reaches Agreement on Deal for Recreational Marijuana Industry

Lawmakers in New Jersey say they've reached an agreement on legislation to establish a framework for the legal marijuana industry in the state.

But Governor Phil Murphy and legislative leaders will have to move fast. The constitutional amendment approved by voters last month to legalize adult-use cannabis, goes into effect on January 1st.
