Chef Kwame Onwuachi joins us to discuss his book, Notes from a Young Black Chef: A Memoir, which he co-authored with Joshua David Stein. The book looks at how he came to be an acclaimed chef, including appearing as a contestant on Top Chef. Tonight, Onwuachi will be at Books are Magic with Joshua David Stein and Christina Chaey from Bon Appétit.
