Nour Harkati is a Tunisian singer and songwriter now based here in New York. His album, called Moulena, represents Harkati’s musical journey from North Africa to the US, featuring rhythms and instruments from traditional North African music mixed with elements of Western pop and rock. Nour Harkati is part of a double bill with the Venezuelan musician Mafer Bandola on March 6, at the Brooklyn venue Friends & Lovers.
