NY Budget Will Freeze CUNY & SUNY Tuition For Three Years

CUNY and SUNY students can expect a three-year tuition freeze, thanks to this year's New York State budget, which also aims to reimburse the schools fully for the popular Tuition Assistance Program, closing what's known as the TAP gap within four years.
