Should NYC Ban Plastic Bags or Charge for Them?

The Leonard Lopate Show | Apr 29, 2016

Frazier discusses his interview with attorney Jennie Romer, an expert in plastic-bag law who is working on a bill that would put a five-cent fee on plastic and paper bags in New York City, similar to the ones in Los Angeles.

Be alert for scams. WNYC never asks for nor accepts money for coverage or interviews. Anyone making such a request does not represent WNYC.
