NYCHA Looks To Let In More People With Criminal Convictions

Currently, people with certain criminal convictions have to wait for three to six years after serving their sentences to become eligible to live in public housing. From now on, the Housing Authority says it wants to conduct an individual review of every application instead of using blanket bans.
