On Wednesday at a rally in Florida, GOP Presidential Nominee Donald Trump told a crowd that he believes President Obama started the Islamic State terrorist organization.

"He’s the founder of ISIS. He’s the founder of ISIS. He’s the founder. He founded ISIS," Trump repeated over and over again. “I would say the co-founder would be crooked Hillary Clinton.”
