Beatrice Welles, daughter of Orson Welles, and Peter Becker, President of the Criterion Collection, discuss “Chimes at Midnight,” an adaptation that integrates elements from "Henry IV," "Richard II," "Henry V," and "The Merry Wives of Windsor." It is a crowning achievement of Orson Welles' late film career. The film had previously been locked away in legal battles, and returns to the big screen.
