A New Model for Parent-Teacher Conferences

Tonight starts the first of four scheduled parent-teacher conferences for the school year, up two from last year. Carmen Fariña, New York City schools chancellor explains why the expansion was a priority for her and offers advice on making the most of the time, including this week's introductory session.
