In a preview of an Intelligence Squared debate, Gloria Browne-Marshall, an associate professor of constitutional law at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a former civil rights attorney argues that yes, policing is racially biased, while Harry Stern, an attorney at Rains Lucia Stern and a former police officer, argues the opposite.
