U.S. Congressman Dan Donovan (representing Staten Island and South Brooklyn) and U.S. Congresswoman Nydia Velázquez (representing North Brooklyn, Downtown Manhattan and Western Queens) react to Pope Francis' speech to congress and discuss the vote on Capitol Hill to defund Planned Parenthood, which threatens to shut down the government.
