WNYC News | Aug 25, 2022

On Tuesday, more than 60,000 registered Democrats cast ballots in New York’s 10th Congressional District, in a crowded race with thirteen people on the ballot. WNYC’s Gwynne Hogan joins All Things Considered Host Sean Carlson to discuss how the system might have changed the outcome in the congressional race.
