The Real Tuesday Weld – "Blood Knuckled And Dusted" (Weekly Music Roundup)

Since the turn of the century, London’s Stephen Coates has been making noir-ish, sometimes witty, thoroughly anachronistic music under the name The Real Tuesday Weld. Now he’s bringing things to an end – but not an especially abrupt one. The plan is to say goodbye with a trio of albums, the first of which has just come out. It’s called Blood and its leadoff track, “Blood Knuckled and Dusted,” features French singer Oriana Curls, and The Real Tuesday Weld’s odd mix of mid-20^th century pop and modern beats. "Blood Knuckled and Dusted" by The Real Tuesday Weld is part of our Weekly Music Roundup.
