She speaks from experience, as the daughter of two poor Kansas residents. Now, she's collected that decade of writing in her new book, Bone of the Bone: Essays on America by a Daughter of the Working Class. Smarsh joins us to discuss as part of our election series, Get Po-LIT-ical.
