City Schools Chancellor Clashes With Board of Elections (Again) Over Early Voting Sites

Schools Chancellor Richard Carranza wants to block a plan by the New York City Board of Elections to use any school as an early-voting site. He says inviting voters into school buildings in the midst of the pandemic would be a mistake.
