Reporting on Sexual Harassment in Your Own Newsroom

This week, the avalanche of headlines about celebrity sexual harassment produced one of public radio’s own. After a story in the Washington Post revealed ugly episodes covering nearly 20 years, NPR’s senior vice president for news Michael Oreskes acknowledged forcing himself on young women and resigned.

Since then, NPR media correspondent David Folkenflik has reported on several other women who say they were harassed by Oreskes at the network more recently. Bob speaks with Folkenflik about the toxic culture within NPR's newsroom and whether the senior management reacted quickly enough.
