Some Businesses Take Plywood Down, While Others Wait To See What Others Are Doing

Some stores in Manhattan boarded up their windows last week, citing fears of civil unrest and a repeat of widespread looting. Now the plywood is slowly coming down -- and businesses are looking at one another to decide when it's safe.
