Host John Schaefer introduces two mutual fans, Gramercy Tavern executive chef Michael Anthony and Wilco drummer Glenn Kotche. Anthony is the winner of the 2012 James Beard award in NYC and has just published a cookbook with recipes from Gramercy Tavern, and Kotche just wrapped up a tour with Soundcheck's WNYC neighbors at Radiolab.

The two talk about kitchen soundtracks, what composing and cooking have in common, and what music they're grateful for this Thanksgiving.
