The Supreme Court Rules on Affirmative Action and Immigration

The Supreme Court passed down two rulings this morning, upholding the University of Texas' affirmative action plan and effectively killing Obama's immigration plan with a tied vote.

WNYC's Jami Floyd and Justin Driver, a professor at the University of Chicago Law School who formerly taught at the University of Texas, provide analysis.
