Taxi Drivers Protest At City Hall Over Debt Relief Plan

One of the demonstrators was Augustine Tang, a 37-year old medallion owner from Chinatown. He says he took over his dad's taxi when he died in 2015 but has been saddled with debt ever since. Tang says he paid it down from 525 thousand dollars to 490 thousand dollars, and feels betrayed by the city.
