Visiting every neighborhood in New York City

WNYC News | Jun 16, 2024

According to the Department of City Planning, New York City is made up of 339 neighborhoods. Photographer Rob Stephenson bumps that number up to 350 -- and he's visiting every one of them.

He's documenting his visits with images and audio in his weekly newsletter, The Neighborhoods.

Rob joined Weekend Edition host David Furst this week to talk about his project and to highlight a few of his favorite neighborhoods so far.
