Ways to Reimagine NYC streets after Congestion Pricing

The MTA is reporting less traffic and emptier streets in Manhattan after congestion pricing tolls went into effect earlier this month, and with that New York City has an opportunity to transform the ways city roads are used. 

Sara Lind is a co-executive director of Open Plans, a group that advocates for more livable streets. She talked with WNYC's Sean Carlson about ways to reimagine New York City streets.
