There are more and more bike lanes in NYC -- and more and more tickets issued for blocking them, but WNYC wants to know if that's working.

Elaine Chen, project manager for WNYC's health unit, and WNYC transportation reporter Kate Hinds talk about the problem and ask for your (geo-coded) pictures of what's blocking your bike lane.
