Dana Rachlin, executive director of We Build the Block, a Brooklyn-based public safety organization that helps run the Brownsville Safety Alliance, and Dushoun Almond aka Bigga, who runs the anti-gun violence initiative Brownsville In Violence Out, discuss their push to redefine public safety in the community.
