Norway, Denmark, and Sweden have a reputation for being great places to live and Scandinavians rank among the happiest people on earth. But don't believe everything you've been told. 

Michael Booth, a journalist now living in Denmark, addresses the misunderstandings in his new book, The Almost Nearly Perfect People: Behind the Myth of the Scandinavian Utopia (Picador, 2013).
