Will New York Ever Have Safe Injection Sites?

New York State Senator representing the 33rd Senate District, covering the Bronx, Gustavo Rivera talks about a new joint senate task force on overdose prevention, which aims to be less punitive and examine lifesaving tools like "safe injection sites," and medically assistant treatment for incarcerated individuals.
