There's a lot of mystery surrounding wine buying and tasting - from price points and quality, to how the shape of the glass affects the taste. Aldo Sohm, wine director of Michelin three-starred Le Bernardin, discusses the basics of wine tasting. He'll explore the variety of flavors and scents, and tell us how external perceptions can affect your taste.
